Automatic glass sand automatic sand blasting machine consists of three parts: automatic feeding machine, automatic sand blasting machine and automatic cropping machine.
Firstly, two groups of Tray disks can be automatically exchanged by the automatic feeder. Tray disk needs to be placed on the LD Port manually.
After the Tray disk is positioned, the mechanical arm starts to take one piece and the glass is arrayed. Then, the glass is placed on the carrier Stg directly by the mechanical Arm and then sent to the blasting equipment.
When one Tray port is fetched, an alarm will informs the operator to load a new Tray disk. When the empty Tray disk is full, the device will automatically inform the operator to take the empty Tray disk away, and then perform a cyclical action.
When it comes to fully automatic water glass sand blasting machine, after artificially self-provisioning a certain proportion of water and sand, the equipment will automatically carry out mixing and stirring. The hook of automatic feeding machine will grab the glass and put it on the conveying timing belt, and then the glass will enter the blasting machine cavity to be blasting. After the sand blasting operation is finished, the glass will be sent to be spraying by the water jets, and to be blow-dry by the air knife after the spraying.
After drying, the object is moved to the transplanting position of the cropping machine, and the glass is grabbed to the cutting machine FORK by the mechanical arm for recycling.
