The dust cleaning method of the dust collector is the key technology for whether the dust collector can be used normally. The dust collector adopts the pulse back-flushing method. The working mode is as follows: each group of filter cartridges is automatically and sequentially cleaned, and only one set (1 or 2) of filter cartridges are used for offline cleaning at a time during the set time; during the cleaning process of the filter cartridge, timing The controller turns on the power of one solenoid valve, so that the corresponding diaphragm valve emits pulsed high-pressure air, the latter passes through the filter cylinder from inside to outside, removes the dust attached to the outer surface of the filter cartridge, and the dust particles fall into the dust. Fight, then enter the gray bucket. The frequency and number of automatic pulse back-flushing, including backflush time, are all automatically controlled by the pulse controller and can be flexibly adjusted according to actual needs.
