The whole sand blasting system consists of sand blasting chamber, sand blaster, elevator, separator, scraper conveyor, spiral conveyor, abrasive control system, lighting system, dust collecting system, and electric control system.

2.4 Check the equipment and environmental conditions, and start the dust removal system and recovery system normally;

2.5 The sandblasting personnel enter the room and wear sandblasting protective clothing and connect the breathing filter;

2.6 Start the sandblasting machine, the workers carry out all-round manual sandblasting of the workpiece;

2.7 blowing or cleaning;

2.8 open the door;

2.9 The trolley exits the sandblasting room and unloads the workpiece.
